Vacation gone wrong!
Patient had a motor bike accident on holiday that caused immediate anterior breakage and gradual necrosis of the pulp by the time endo-dontic treatment was sought in her home country.
Full mouth rehabilitation using veneers, overlays to increase OVD and lengthen the teeth and give patient a younger look.

She has great teeth to begin with as seen from the frontal photos but when it comes to the right and left profile photos she has rather small yet prominent gaps due to an orthodontic error in the past that are bothering her.
Slight tweaks achieved in less than two hours using free-hand partial bonding application to close the gaps between her canines and lateral incisors.
Ideally, would’ve opted for Invisalign as the better treatment of choice but it’s too short of a notice, so this was done instead to achieve quick results without any sort of drilling or damage to the tooth structure.
Missing congenital laterals?
Patient came in for general check up and cleaning. Upon examination, it was immediately noticed that the patient had missing lateral incisors so he was questioned if they were missing congenitally or if any of his family members had the same. However unfortunately it was explained that his previous dentist extracted them when he was only 11 years old due to ‘lack of space’ and having ‘big teeth’

Tooth became severely discolored over the years with multiple failed attempts of veneers back then as it would gradually get darker with time. So before extraction and implant placement an aggressive crown preparation was done instead to mask the underlying darkness. A telescopic refractory crown was used with the aid of Zirconia coping and a partial refractory veneer on the adjacent to close the gap and make the widths of the two centrals identical without harming the other incisor.
Patient had something hard to bite that caused immediate anterior fracture to his current veneer on tooth #11 and also had unaesthetic appearance due to the supra-gingival finish line on tooth #22 that is quite conspicuous and visually unpleasing.
Congenital bilateral missing lateral incisors
